Justė, Dovydas, and Juostė

"When I was 16, I started dating my husband Dovydas, and during our first Christmas, I struggled to find a special gift to make. I visited teacher Jurgita, knowing she wove ribbons for groups in Šiauliai, and asked her to teach me. That’s how the first ribbon for my husband was created. Twenty years have passed since then," recalls Justė.

Dovydas notes that initially, they used ribbons as symbolic decorations, but now they aim for entire fabrics made from ribbons, evident in their coats and bags.

Behind Juostė lies modern ethnic clothing, showcasing a blend of natural fabrics and woven ribbons, designed for those who appreciate handcrafted authenticity.
